Since this is the first of the Hasayfu Hung Gar sets, this video will introduce you to the unique aspects of this uncommon school, such as its emphasis on the Yee Gee Kim Yeung Ma stance, and the use of a modified version of a normal fist called the Panther fist, which causes more tension to reach the fist instead of being trapped in the forearm.
