The Chinese Broadsword has many variations of its blade shape and length. The “Head Chopper” or Dadao is a fighting weapon whose properties closely resemble those of a modern machete, making them far easier to use than other swords. They are often associated with town militia and other self-funded forces. These double handed head choppers are constructed of cold-rolled, chrome plated steel and are available with approximate blade lengths of either 21.5″ or 27.5″. Blade will support its weight when place on its tip.
