The Custom Damascus Steel Broadsword was custom-made for WLE, and is constructed with a hollow-ground, blunt Damascus Steel blade that can be sharpened to hold a full live edge. This broadsword has a full tang. The etched Damascus Steel patterning is striking and much more pronounced than many other pieces. The wood for the handle and scabbard is Chinese Pear Blossom Wood, and the grain of the scabbard’s wood beautifully follows the curves of the sword. The fittings are made of ornate stamped brass. This is a one-of-a-kind, hand-forged broadsword.
