WLE Square Sparring Hand Targets are made of moderately firm, impact resistant foam with a durable vinyl cover. The 11″ x 9″ x 3″ dimensions provide excellent protection from fist strikes and/or powerful kicks. Two loops on the back provide plenty for room for hand placement or slip it on further for forearms whiling holding onto the hanging loop near the top. The two loops on the back can also be held by both hands while taking on frontal hits. Two side vents allow for air to move in and out allowing for compression.
