Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be securely secured prior to being delivered. Every day, we send thousands of packages to clients across many countries. Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.

Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is estimated to be between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing. It\’s not completely managed by us, since we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any moment. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you don\’t receive your product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the same state as you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
